These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bhaggo platform and all related services. By registering, logging in, or using any service on bhaggo, you are considered to have read all the terms described below and agreed to comply with them.

3.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. Sharing account details with anyone else is prohibited. bhaggo will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access by a third party.

3.4 Account Verification

bhaggo may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. In such cases, a copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested.

The minimum deposit on bhaggo is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳800. All transactions are processed via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Every deposit and withdrawal must be made from the mobile wallet registered under the same name as the account.
• Transactions made using another person's wallet will be rejected.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, bhaggo may place the withdrawal on hold until it has been verified.

All bonuses and promotions on bhaggo are offered subject to specific conditions. A welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit is available, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To become eligible for withdrawal, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

• Multiple bonus claims from the same person or device are not allowed.
• Bonus funds cannot be cashed out directly — the specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
• bhaggo reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If abuse of promotions is detected (bonus arbitrage, software-assisted betting), the account will be closed.

6.1 General Betting Principles

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless bhaggo itself does so due to a technical error or unusual circumstance. Winnings will be credited to the betting account after the result has been determined.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed beyond its scheduled time, bets associated with that event may be declared void at bhaggo's discretion and the stake will be returned.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or other technical reason, bhaggo will investigate and take appropriate action. In such situations, bhaggo's decision is final.

6.4 Misconduct and Fraud

Playing using software bots, scripts, or automated methods, or colluding with other users to damage the platform, will result in the relevant account being immediately closed.

bhaggo's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses, ranging from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond.

VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any accumulated cashback or VIP benefits will be forfeited.

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. However, all active bets must be settled and any balance subject to wagering conditions must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
